Job Description Summary:

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Product Development/Development Program Integration/ Strategy Management System Senior Manager (Level M) to lead a cross-functional team in Everett, WA. The primary focus will be in the area of business integration and operations for the Product Development (PD) organization. The PD Business Operations team is responsible for all aspects of running the Product Development business, on-behalf of the organization’s VP/GM, and for ensuring program management discipline in early development phases.

Position Responsibilities:

As part of this Business Operations leadership team, this role will lead teams and support all aspects of executing the business, including:

  • Operating system design, implementation and support
  • Process development that ensures transparent alignment of organization goals at all levels, and integrated decision making, enabling streamlined operations
  • Complex project definition and execution for critical initiatives
  • Executive-level messaging and long-range business planning
  • Program management execution and Business Integration support of cross-organizational work statement identification and commitment
  • Strategy and Development Program business integration

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, program planning, project management, integrated scheduling, and/or related disciplines
  • 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with stakeholders (i.e., customers, suppliers, peers, and/or partners)
  • 5+ years of leadership experience either formally or informally leading teams in a cross-functional environment
  • 3+ years of experience interfacing with and supporting senior and executive leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Willing to travel both domestically and internationally. 

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience as a senior manager
  • 3+ years of experience developing and leading business strategy

Pay & Benefits:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range: $173,000 - $187,000.
