Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Mid- Level Programmer/Analyst (Level 3), to support BCA Supply Chain Functional Excellence Team in Everett, Washington or Auburn, Washington.

The Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Supply Chain Functional Excellence team focuses on a data-driven transformation of the organization by providing real-time insights for complex business problems to enhance and aide their decision-making process. You will contribute as a team member alongside the Business Intelligence (BI) Analysts, Data Scientists, System & Process specialists and work closely with the business to deliver solutions.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Designs, programs, tests, implements, documents and maintains computing applications.

  • Collaborates directly with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and translate complex user needs into clear technical requirements and actionable system designs.

  • Develops secure, compatible code and database structures by translating architectural requirements and security needs into high-performing technical solutions.

  • Modifies or upgrades applications to maintain software functionality.

  • Identifies and resolves programming or application architecture problems.

  • Reviews system performance and identifies and recommends improvements.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with developing web applications.

  • 5+ years of experience with application requirements, web design and testing.

  • 5+ years of professional web development experience using C# and ASP.NET (Core preferred).

  • 5+ years of experience with Relational Databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata.

  • 5+ years of experience in client-side technologies such as HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using Telerik/Kendo software components.

  • Experience with Entity Framework.

  • Experience with Version Control (Git) and collaborative development in an Agile environment.

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

  • Experience with Cloud hosted platforms such as Tanzu, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.

  • Web Services experience (REST, SOAP and SOA architectures).

  • Project Management experience.

  • Ability to achieve short and long-term objectives with minimal direction.

  • Known for reliability, responsiveness, attention to detail, and ability to deliver high-quality work products.

  • Results-oriented, resourceful individual with interpersonal skills and the ability to lead, follow, collaborate and influence.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $115,600 - $156,400
