Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Business Operations is looking for a Mid-Level or Senior Project Manager Specialist (Level 3 or 4) to join our team based out of Everett, Washington.

We are looking for two passionate and empathetic Project Managers to lead this program and help us foster a supportive, caring and engaged workplace culture.

The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end program delivery, ensuring it is sufficient, consistent, and aligned with our culture of care and engagement.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead Meaningful Projects: Independently develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains an integrated plan and schedule to meet the program requirements in accordance with project management industry standards

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with HR, Communications, IT, Legal, and other cross-functional organizations to design options, processes, policies and guidelines

  • Engage with Employees: gather feedback and insights to continuously improve the program, ensuring they meet the diverse needs of our workforce. Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives to lead the planning, development, and execution of the program

  • Monitor and Report: Monitor budget, track spend, and provide reporting on program effectiveness and impact

  • Ensure the program reflects company values

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Everett, WA.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Communications or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in employee engagement, program development or leading cross-functional teams

  • 3+ years of experience with schedule and budget management, integration of all logistic elements, customer communication, as well as understanding of execution of program planning to ensure cost, schedule, and technical baseline requirements are met

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Empathetic and passionate leader for employee experience

  • Proficiency with project management tools

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience managing employee recognition, engagement, or well-being programs

  • Background in change management and communications

  • Ability to balance empathy with business efficiencies

Target Pay Summary level 3: $99,000-$121,000

Target Pay Summary level 4: $121,000-$150,000
