Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Mid to Senior Project Management Specialists to join the Supply Chain Functional Excellence (SCFE) SAP Deployment Success Team in Everett, WA on First Shift.

The individual would support the Organizational Change Management (OCM) Team, which plays a critical role in analyzing, prioritizing, introducing, socializing, and minimizing impacts from large-scale changes that result from people, process, or technology shifts. 

We seek dynamic, curious, and inventive individuals with strong supply chain expertise, you will drive solutions to Boeing and supplier production challenges and help transform BCA supply chain processes and systems for the next 30 years

Position Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Lean projects and initiatives across various departments

  • Develop and implement training programs for employees at all levels

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement efforts

  • Utilize data analysis and metrics to measure the effectiveness of Supply Chain Functional Excellence initiatives

  • Mentor and coach team members in project management principles and practices

  • Prepare and present reports on project progress and outcomes to management

  • Developing the project plan and schedule

  • Risk management and issue resolution

  • Developing business cases for SAP value capture

  • Leading the project team and communicating progress to stakeholders

  • Ensuring project deliverables meet scope, quality, and deadlines

  • Change Impact assessments to impact groups or organizations

  • Command media management

  • Contribute to cutover planning, go‑live readiness, training materials, and post‑go‑live stabilization activities

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • (Level: 3) 5+ years of experience in Project Management

  • 5+ years of experience of leading a cross functional team

  • 5+ years of experience with Fabrication and Manufacturing systems and processes

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • (Level: 4) 7+ years of experience with ERP systems

  • 7+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 7+ years in supply chain management, Experience in Logistics, Forecasting, Planning, Reporting and Analytics and Supply Chain processes

  • 7+ years of experience working in digital product lifecycle management environments (development, deployment, modification and support)

  • 7+ Years’ experience with Project management / leading teams

  • Experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners

Typical Education/Experience: 

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Level 3 Summary pay range: $95,700 - $111,860

Level 4 Summary pay range: $118,320 - $140,060
