Job Description Qualifications:

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Senior Business Operations Specialist (Level 4 or 5) to join the Product Development Business Operations team based out of Everett, Washington.

The PD Business Operations team is responsible for all aspects of running the Product Development business, on-behalf of the organization’s VP/GM, and for ensuring program management discipline in early development. We have exciting and challenging positions within our team to facilitating and integrating business planning & execution across Product Development. Position Responsibilities:

  • Leads the integration of facilities planning and site integration activities for Product Development sites and locations.
  • Collect and log data from various systems, perform analysis, summarize findings, make recommendations and implement improvements
  • Work hand in hand with Boeing Security and facilities teams to ensure a thorough understanding of the organization's needs and requirements for both near-term and long-term planning.
  • Communicates with executive leadership as well as internal and external suppliers and customers to coordinate scheduled activities
  • Leads efforts to review, create, improve, and document processes and procedures related to facilities and site requirements.
  • Leads or participates in meetings with other organizations to create, validate, and improve processes.
  • Present gathered data reports, site updates, facility changes to site leadership.
  • Uses project management tools and industry-recognized concepts to develop scope of work, budget, and schedules to achieve desired outcomes on time and within budget
  • Takes a lead role in collecting data from various systems to perform analysis. Identifies and analyzes deficiencies.
  • Partners with cross-functional organizations to develop time-phased building capacity plans and transition plans.
  • Prepares and presents facility plans by explaining options, impact, and recommendations to site senior leadership.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Everett, Washington.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years relevant experience with program management and best practices
  • 5+ years leading integration across cross-functional stakeholders.
  • 5+ years leading and/or supporting capacity planning activities
  • Experience in customer service
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills and experience presenting to executive level leadership.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Industrial Engineering, General Management, Facilities, or a related field; advanced degree (MS, MBA) a plus.
  • Familiarity with Boeing processes, standards, and site governance.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification
  • Familiarity with Program Management Best Practices (PMBP)
  • Experience with Facilities Operations or Facilities Management
  • Experience in data analysis
  • Experience using SharePoint

Summary pay range:

Level 4 $118,320 - $140,060

Level 5 $145,290 - $172,960
