The Everett Engineering Operations – Data Analytics & Metrics Team for Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst to provide metrics and analytics support to Program Engineering Leadership and other decision makers with the desired outcome of improving productivity, increasing quality, and lowering cost. This position will work closely with Bus Ops BEDAT team and other data analytics organizations.  The selected candidate will work out of our Everett, WA location. 

Position Responsibilities:           

  • Works with program leadership teams to define requirements for predictive metrics and analysis regarding the engineering value stream.

  • Leads development of new metrics and actionable information to improve productivity, increase quality, and lower cost.

  • Leads data analyses for purpose of opportunity identification and prioritization and recommends process improvement projects.

  • Participates with engineering Leadership regarding visibility of top issues facing the program and evaluates efficacy and use of data in decision making.

  • Evolves data analysis methods; to guide program to continually advance in analytics maturity; Descriptive --> Diagnostic --> Predictive --> Prescriptive data analysis and automation.

  • Provides visibility and awareness of data analytics processes and tools and lead implementation of data analytic platforms within program engineering teams.

  • Provide project management of team's schedules and deliverables; Supports, leads, and delegates the project team's responsibilities and tasks through all stages of the project life cycle.

  • Engineering process domain knowledge preferred.

  • Ability to identify and create qualitative or quantitative measures of success and failure.

  • Ability to select the key parameters and develop standards to monitor progress, provide updates of performance, and plot trends over time.

Work Authorization Statement: 

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at our Everett, WA location.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 10 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5 or more years’ of experience in the field of data analytics.

  • Knowledge in Boeing engineering processes.

Summary Pay Range:

  • Senior (Level 4): $119,850 - $162,150
