  • Manage and integrate large-scale facility initiatives through all planning phases, from business case development to implementation oversight

  • Build data-driven proposals and executive-ready presentations to influence decision-making at the site and enterprise levels

  • Partner across functions (Engineering, Facilities, Construction, Finance, Operations) to identify risks, model options, and develop cost-effective solutions

  • Establish project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution of planning commitments

  • Champion process improvement and help evolve GREF’s strategic planning framework, bringing innovation and consistency to the team’s approach

  • Mentor peers and junior planners to build planning and project management capability across the team

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Experience managing multiple high-volume, complex, concurrent projects

  • Experience in developing cost estimates for multiple projects

  • Experience collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources, as well as interpreting data and presenting analysis and recommendations to management

  • Strong presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management training

  • Experience developing Long Range Business Plans (LRBP) and translating business growth strategies into facility plans

  • Experience with strategic planning, manufacturing operations, capacity modeling, and factory flow optimization

  • Experience leading strategic initiatives, stakeholder workshops, and business case development

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; proven success presenting to senior leadership and driving decisions
