The Boeing Company is seeking a strategic and dynamic Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join the Chief Aerospace Safety Office (CASO) HR Organization partnering with the leadership team in Everett, WA.  In this position, you will work closely with leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives, drive talent development, and support a high-performance culture in this technical space. You will play a key role in workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, leadership consulting, and employee engagement, ensuring that CASO is supported and empowered to drive innovation.

In addition to the HRBP responsibilities, you will also drive strategic people priorities and projects across the HR CASO Engineering team, ensuring seamless execution of key initiatives and enhancing operational excellence. You will drive alignment between CASO Engineering leadership and HR on priorities, strategic planning, and key deliverables.  You will also lead priority projects that drive strategic awareness and communication, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment across teams.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with business leaders by providing consultation and guidance to enhance team performance

  • Consult with leadership to develop effective and actionable strategies to promote a positive workplace culture

  • Drive talent management activities, including talent planning initiatives and workforce planning to support organization stability

  • Collaborate with peers, partners and stakeholders to drive alignment and inclusion

  • Implement HR strategies and practices, ensuring effective communication and engagement

  • Utilize data and analysis of HR metrics to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement

  • Drive strategic HR initiatives with business partners, aligned to functional and organization priorities

  • Lead and partner on projects and proactively engage with Center of Excellence partners to deliver optimal results

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in an HR generalist strategic business partner role

  • 3+ years of experience interfacing with and presenting to senior and/or executive leadership

  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources

  • 5+ years of experience executing strategies and managing associated projects

  • 5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Human Resources certification(s)

  • Experience problem-solving and performing data analysis

  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in creating presentations with PowerPoint and using Excel for data analysis and reporting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at various levels of the organization

Pay & Benefits:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $127,500 - $172,500
