The selected candidate manages multiple, concurrent projects of moderate to high complexity and risk, translating strategic objectives into executable plans, driving stakeholder alignment, and ensuring measurable adoption of standardized processes and enabling technologies. The successful candidate will deliver strong solutions, be a self-starter, and have the ability to translate strategy into persuasive language, visualization, and outcomes that improve stakeholder adoption for current and future change activities.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead delivery of multiple, concurrent change- and technology-enabled initiatives across Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF), balancing adoption objectives with traditional change management outcomes.

  • Translate strategic objectives into detailed project plans, milestones, resource requirements, and risk/issue mitigation approaches.

  • Drive governance cadence by organizing and facilitating steering committees, decision forums, and sponsor briefings.

  • Prepare Executive Steering Committee and Sponsor briefings that integrate delivery status, change readiness, adoption measurement, and risk-to-benefit realization.

  • Identify and assess stakeholder risk and resistance; design and implement targeted interventions (engagement plans, mitigation tactics, communications) and escalate unresolved risks to program leadership.

  • Define, track, and report strategic change metrics (adoption, proficiency, usage, process compliance, linkage to business outcomes); use data to recommend course corrections that demonstrate value.

  • Create dashboards and executive-level reporting that clearly communicate integrated program health, trends, and recommended actions.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment across program delivery, technology, operations, and business stakeholders.

  • Serve as strategic advisor to Sr. Manager and senior leaders, delivering concise recommendations and influencing decisions that advance program objectives.

  • Maintain flexibility, curiosity, and collaborative working relationships in a dynamic, project-based environment.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years experience in presenting and facilitating to senior business leaders

  • 5+ years experience in using Excel, PowerPoint, and industry research for building executive summaries

  • 5+ years of experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to develop and implement plans, schedules, or solutions

  • 3+ years of experience using strategic problem-solving/analysis and communicating at senior management levels

  • 5+ years of experience in a change management environment where changes are authorized for program implementation

  • Strategic thinker with strong analytic, synthesis, and problem-solving skills able to frame and communicate complex issues clearly to executives.

  • Strong facilitation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Build trust and consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead without direct authority, influence senior leaders, and drive measurable organizational outcomes.

  • High degree of initiative, creativity, and resilience to deliver solutions to ambiguous and complex challenges.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • Certified Change Management Practitioner (e.g., CCMP, Prosci) and experience with Prosci Enterprise Change Management

  • 10+ years’ experience in program/project management or change management with senior stakeholder engagement

  • Proven experience with Agile practices, Microsoft Office suite; experience with Smartsheet, Power BI, and PWA

  • Experience in facilities or real estate projects and IT program delivery

  • Proven experience managing moderate- to high-complexity change and technology programs

  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills, including preparation and delivery of executive briefings.

  • Demonstrated expertise in defining and tracking adoption and change metrics, and in using data to drive adoption and business outcomes.

  • Deep experience with governance design and facilitation (steering committees, decision forums, sponsor engagements).

  • Proven experience managing moderate- to high-complexity change and technology programs, preferably within real estate, facilities, or enterprise services.

  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills, including preparation and delivery of executive briefings.
