The Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Flight Controls and Mechanical Hydraulics (FCMH) Organization is looking for a Senior Staff Analyst to join the team based out of Everett, Washington. This team is responsible for executing design engineering work across a large number of functions and airplane programs for the FCMH Systems. This role will work directly with and support the FCMH Director in running the organizational management system, rhythm of the business, functional performance & reporting, best team and talent, and organizational initiatives.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Leads the SA efforts around Operational Excellence which focuses on our operating rhythm and running the business, Engineering Excellence which focuses on driving functional standards, methods, and visibility and Best Team and Talent which focuses on investing and empowering our team.

  • Partners with organization leaders on long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives, and initiatives.

  • Reviews and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies implementation recommendations

  • Provides continuous assessment of overall meeting/review architecture.

  • Analyzes and summarizes data used in the development and proposal of organizational direction (e.g., budget information, workforce levels, training requirements and equipment/facility needs).

  • Develops executive level briefings. Leads the design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events.

  • Develops, coordinates, and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings.

  • Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan.

  • Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources.

  • Provides skill team and skill health support to our two primary skill team leaders.

  • Runs staff meetings, Technical Review Boards, all-team meetings, etc.

Work Authorization:

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Everett, WA.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft tools and applications.

  • 5+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data.

  • 5+ years of experience facilitating the meetings and presenting to senior leaders.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or Higher an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Experience with analytical tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.

  • Experience building positive relationships, collaborating effectively, and communicating clearly

  • Ability to clearly communicate at the Senior Executive Level.

Pay and Benefits:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.  

Summary Pay Range:

$100,300 - $135,700
