The BCA Global Engineering Operations team is seeking an experienced Staff Analyst (Associate, Mid-Level, or Senior) in Everett, Washington, who will be instrumental in driving effective execution across various projects and facilities operations, ensuring seamless coordination and minimal disruption. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Facilities, IT, and local leadership, to manage workspace moves and maintain integrated schedules that track milestones and performance. Your analytical skills will be vital in summarizing data into actionable insights for leadership briefings, while your facilitation abilities will help improve meeting effectiveness and decision-making processes. This role is ideal for someone who excels at transforming complexity into clear plans and is passionate about enhancing operational efficiency to support organizational success.

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Facilities moves & space coordination
    • Plan and coordinate workspace moves (timelines, readiness checklists, stakeholder communications, execution tracking).
    • Partner with Facilities, IT, Security, and local leadership to ensure site readiness and minimal disruption to operations.
    • Track constraints, dependencies, and issues; drive resolution and escalate when needed.
  • Project reviews & operating rhythm
    • Develop and maintain project review cadence; coordinate schedules, attendees, agendas, logistics, pre-reads, and outputs.
    • Maintain action and decision logs; ensure follow-through and closure across stakeholders.
    • Continuously improve meeting/review architecture to strengthen decision quality and reduce churn.
  • Schedule, performance-to-plan & reporting
    • Develop and maintain integrated schedules; track milestones, risks, and dependencies.
    • Provide data for management review; track performance to plan and communicate status to project participants.
    • Conduct research and analyze data from multiple sources; summarize findings into usable materials.
  • Leadership communications & facilitation
    • Prepare leadership-ready briefings and materials (status, risks, options, impacts, and recommendations as appropriate).
    • Support or facilitate working sessions and larger meetings/events to drive clear outcomes.
  • Process improvement & stakeholder support
    • Identify coordination gaps and implement practical improvements (standard templates, checklists, dashboards, and workflows).
    • Anticipate stakeholder needs and deliver responsive, high-quality support with strong work standards.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site in Everett, WA.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience coordinating schedules, meetings, and cross-functional logistics across multiple stakeholders
  • Experience developing and maintaining trackers/schedules and driving actions to closure
  • Experience collecting, organizing, and summarizing data into clear written communications (e.g., status reports, briefings, meeting outputs)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience coordinating schedules, meetings, and cross-functional logistics across multiple stakeholders
  • Experience developing and maintaining trackers/schedules and driving actions to closure
  • Experience collecting, organizing, and summarizing data into clear written communications (e.g., status reports, briefings, meeting outputs)
  • Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.  

Summary Pay Range (Level 2): $68,000 - $92,000

Summary Pay Range (Level 3): $83,300 - $112,700

Summary Pay Range (Level 4): $104,550 - $141,450
