The Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Airplane Systems Organization is looking for a Staff Analyst (Mid-Level or Senior) to join the Airplane Systems Best Team & Talent organization based out of Everett, Washington. This team is responsible for attracting, onboarding, developing, and retaining our talented workforce.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Leads the development, planning and execution of employee-related activities and initiatives.
  • Partners with organization leaders on long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives, and initiatives.
  • Reviews and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies implementation recommendations
    Provides continuous assessment of overall meeting/review architecture.
  • Analyzes and summarizes data used in the development and proposal of organizational direction (e.g., budget information, workforce levels, training requirements and equipment/facility needs).
  • Develops executive level briefings. Leads the design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events.
  • Develops, coordinates, and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings.
  • Leads the development and maintenance of the project schedule and budget; monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants.
  • Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan.
  • Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources.
  • Collaborates with subject matter experts, suppliers, partners and customers to deploy broad organizational training.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data.
  • 3+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications.
  • 3+ years’ experience facilitating the meetings and presenting to senior leaders.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):

  • 5+ years or related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience 
  • Bachelor's degree or Higher an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience building positive relationships, collaborating effectively, and communicating clearly
  • Ability to clearly communicate at the Senior Executive Level.
  • 5+ years of experience with program management best practices including Base Line Management, Performance Metrics, Customer Communications, Requirements Management, Supplier Management, and/or Earned Value Management, Executive Support and Preparation.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range:

Mid-Lev (Level 3): $79,050.00 - $106,950.00

Senior (Level 4): $100,300.00 - $135,700.00
