Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Supply Base Management Specialist to join our Global Parts Solutions team in Everett or Seattle, WA.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the relationship management, delivery performance, and open order management for one or more of Boeing's key suppliers.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Possess strong business acumen, communication and problem-solving skills

  • Proactive engagement with various disciplines and program stakeholders to propose, define, and execute upon business strategies with one of Boeing's key suppliers

  • Leads cross-functional engagements and drives supplier relationship, in-service requirements and performance to contractual obligations and expectations

  • Coordinates supplier performance evaluation and improvement opportunities

  • Develops and participates in the implementation of supply base plans to support customer, program and commodity strategies

  • Analyzes and monitors supplier quality, delivery and financial performance data to identify risks, issues and opportunities

  • Manages supplier/subcontractor performance and relationships

  • Finds resolution of complex or strategic supply chain issues

  • Ensure external partners are meeting business expectations

  • Acts as primary point of contact for suppliers, customers and programs

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes

  • 3+ years of experience with Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) sourcing and supplier collaboration and contract management

  • Ability to travel 5% of the time

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • Experience proposing and executing upon strategic decisions

  • Experience collaborating with executive and senior management

  • 5+ years' experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range: $94,000.00 – $128,000.00
