Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Supply Chain is seeking a Supply Chain Management Analyst (Level 3 or Level 4) to join our Ordering and Scheduling Functional Excellence team supporting BCA programs in locations: Everett, WA or North Charleston, SC.

The statement of work applies standard Supply Chain knowledge/processes, data analysis, forecasting, and supply/demand troubleshooting to optimize ordering and scheduling across the BCA supply chain organization.

Up to 20% domestic travel may as needed to other Boeing sites.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Identifies, analyzes, develops and implements best practices, processes and procedures for Supply Chain Methodologies.

  • Ensures organizational compliance with ordering and scheduling policies, inventory management policies, contractual requirements and governmental regulations.

  • Responsible for overseeing, documenting, implementing, training, and maintaining processes owned by team.  

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and present analysis, project plan and status to stakeholders and leadership.

  • Leverage knowledge of Item Data and supply/demand signals within ERPLN to drive improvements and support SCMA community

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift focus quickly

  • Work under minimal direction

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience with supply chain management

  • 3+ years of experience in SCMA or dual role SCMA/Ops PA  

  • 3+ years of experience working with ERPLN

  • Experience in Project Management

  • Experience in executive level presentations – Both developing presentation material and reporting out

  • Proficient in excel – data analysis and visualization

  • Ability to present material to broad audience

  • Must be willing to travel up to 20%

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field

  • 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 1+ years of experience working in a production/manufacturing environment  

  • 1+ years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management 

  • 3+ years of experience in Project Management role or managing cross-functional projects

  • 5+ years of experience with supply chain management

  • Experience developing and managing metrics / KPI (Key Performance Indicator)

  • Experience in SQL

Summary pay range (Level 3): $86,400 - $101,000

Summary pay range (Level 4):$104,400-$122,000

North Charleston, SC.

Summary pay range (Level 3): $81,000-94,500

Summary pay range (Level 4): $97,200-$113,500
