Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Supply Chain Management Analyst to join our Supply Chain (SC) Propulsion team in Everett, WA.

Exciting opportunity to join a high performing procurement team, this role operates in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and requires collaboration with external suppliers, internal customers and business partners. Responsibilities will include demand management, invoicing, second issue resolution and data analytics. We are looking for a candidate that is innovative, takes ownership and can bring propulsion to the next level.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Incorporate change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutions
  • Apply Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies
  • Initiate, coordinate, and authorize yearly order releases by evaluating system requirements
  • Ensure on-time delivery
  • Report schedule adherence issues
  • Implement and maintain process improvements to enhance SCM performance
  • Originates action to improve existing conditions and processes; uses appropriate methods to identify opportunities, implements solutions, and measures impact
  • Skill and ability to: collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources
  • Works under minimal direction

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Procurement practices and processes
  • 5+ years leading projects from parts procurement, installation, testing, and delivery
  • 5+ years working with senior leaders/executives to communicate strategic plans and objectives
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree
  • 10+ years demonstrating exceptional business, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • 10+ years’ experience with Microsoft Office products
  • 10+ years’ experience with ERP systems such as ERPLN and/or SAP
  • 10+ years related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience (remove if not a multi-level req)

Compensation:

Summary pay range (Level 3): $86,000 - $101,000
Summary pay range (Level 4): $104,400 - $122,000
