Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Supply Chain Manager to join our SAP Development and Deployment team in Everett, Washington, Auburn, Washington or North Charleston, South Carolina.

These positions span multiple Supply Chain disciplines in support of the BCA SAP program in alignment with the BCA Digital strategy.

The ideal candidates will be reliable and competent professionals who possess the ability to work well across diverse groups and effectively collaborate across organizational boundaries. The candidates will be problem solvers who rely heavily on data and analysis to drive decisions and leaders who can effectively implement solutions in an ever-evolving environment. Transformational leadership skills will be necessary to build team engagement and lead supply chain team members in developing the processes and tools of the future. Successful candidates will have experience with ERP Supply Chain processes (Inventory and warehousing, demand and supply planning, ordering and scheduling, etc.), large-scale software deployments, and/or business and system architecture integration.

Our teams are currently hiring for several (Level K) Supply Chain Manager.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of supply chain professionals, project managers, and business analysts to support the development and deployment of both the SAP S/4HANA system and the associated business processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, program management, quality, EHS) to support development of end-to-end process flows.
  • Partner with the BCA Digital program on the development and execution of the holistic ERP architecture plan and integration with non-SAP systems.
  • Monitor and report on team performance metrics, both internal and in support of the larger BCA SAP Program.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal supply chain partners and external, cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Apply SAP Activate methodology and Agile principles to support iterative delivery and continuous improvement.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Fulfillment, Engineering or Manufacturing
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 5+ years of experience in leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects, transactions or initiatives
  • Experience analyzing and applying metrics to enable key business decisions and process improvement
  • 3+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with Supply Chain customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners
  • Domestic and international travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience demonstrating exceptional business, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Relevant industry certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
  • Experience with BCA ERPLN, SAP S/4HANA or other ERP systems
  • Experience with large-scale system deployments, especially ERP
  • Experience with documenting business architecture, especially in SAP Signavio
  • Experience with Organizational Change Management (OCM) defining, documenting, and deploying significant process changes to multiple personas
  • Experience with work management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.)

Summary pay range (Level K): Everett, WA: $122,400 - $165,600  

Summary pay range (Level K): Auburn WA: $122,400 - $165,600  

Summary pay range (Level K): North Charleston, SC: $114,750 - $155,250
