Boeing Commercial Airplane (BCA) Information Digital Technology and Security (IDT&S) is currently seeking a Systems and Data Analyst (Mid-Level or Senior) to join the Office of the Chief Information Officer (CIO) Architecture Team in Everett, WA or North Charleston, SC

Our organization leverages data-driven advanced analytics for key business decisions.  We are leading digital transformation activities for Boeing Commercial Airplane programs through architecture and business integration visualization.

As a Systems and Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing business requirements, information systems and data processes in support of business objectives and priorities.  You will be working with multiple businesses (engineering, manufacturing, etc.) and information technology organizations. Your role involves gathering and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that will drive decision-making.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Analyze existing systems and data workflows to identify areas of integration across the BCA production value stream

  • Gather, validate, and interpret data from multiple sources to support BCA program and functional needs

  • Monitor process performance and compliance, using metrics and Key performance indicators to measure effectiveness

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system and data solution recommendations

  • Generate insights to support strategic decisions

  • Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies

  • Support data migration, data cleansing, and data validation activities

  • Analyze Long Range Business Plans from the functions and IDT&S Product teams to integrate to BCA program need, identify gaps, risks, and opportunities

  • Work closely with technology teams to ensure process alignment with technology implementations

  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in systems analysis and data management

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in systems design and/or systems analysis and/or systems integration

  • 3+ years of experience with SQL/Teradata SQL, R, Python or Toad

  • 3+ years of experience utilizing data visualization tools including excel and/or Tableau

  • 3+ years of experience with software/application development process, including productionizing and deployment

  • 3+ years of experience working in a cross functional environment with all levels in the business from individual contributors to executive leadership

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Experience with programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, R)

  • Experience with AWS Cloud services and technologies

  • Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes

  • Experience with business intelligence and analytics platforms

  • Experience with data privacy regulations and compliance standards

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range for Mid-Level: $87,550 – $126,500

Summary pay range for Senior: $110,500 – $159,850
