The Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA), Supply Chain Engineering (SCE) organization is currently looking for a Technical Integration Engineer (Associate, Experienced, or Senior) to join the team in Everett, WA.  This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to join our Supplier Engineering Oversight team.  Your positive attitude, passion for learning, and fresh ideas will help us to create the future of commercial aviation at Boeing!

Position Overview:

The Supply Chain Engineering - Supplier Engineering Oversight team has been tasked to assess and ensure engineering health of suppliers within BCA.  We are currently looking for an experienced engineer who is passionate about quality to join our team!

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with internal and external organizations to ensure Boeing requirements have been flowed down and incorporated at our suppliers and partners.
  • Ensures that our suppliers and partners are compliant with their internal processes.
  • Collaborates with teams in the development, analysis, management and compliance verification of process and product baselines of complex products.
  • Defines, plans, coordinates and conducts product and subsystem level technical design reviews and audits for new and derivative products.
  • Contributes to the development and implementation of Configuration and Data Management standards, processes and tools.
  • Defines and allocates Configuration and Data Management requirements for product hardware, software and engineering design data systems throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Coordinates the integration of product elements and analyzes & resolves issues with engineering product structure.
  • Develops, integrates, and implements engineering technical program plans including impacts, risks, and incorporation of lessons learned spanning multiple engineering functions.

Travel Requirement:

Must be willing and able to travel up to 20% of the time domestically and internationally to support supplier on-site assessments.

Work Authorization:

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the Everett, Washington location.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.
  • 1+ year of experience in engineering process development and process integration.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 2+ years of Boeing related work experience.
  • Experience with Engineering Change Processes.
  • Experience working with AS9100 and/or similar QMS standard.
  • Knowledge in Manufacturing, Production and/or Quality Engineering.
  • Comfortable leading projects across teams both virtually and in person.
  • Level 3: 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Level 4: 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Pay and Benefits:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range:

  • Associate (Level 2): $90,950 - $123,050
  • Experienced (Level 3): $111,350 - $150,650
  • Senior (Level 4): $135,150 - $182,850
