Boeing Commercial Airplanes is seeking a Training Strategy Analyst to join their team. This position can be located in Everett or Renton, WA. The team is open to both Mid-Level or Senior Training Strategy Analyst to fit this role.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Serve as SME (Subject Matter Expert) to all matters pertaining to training and production compliance Learning Paths.

  • Coordinates the validation of learning paths, overseeing outcomes, updates, and implementation.

  • Ensures training policies, processes, and procedures are properly being followed by all BCA training components.

  • Analyzes process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of problems.

  • Participates with stakeholders to develop potential preventive or corrective actions and implementation.

  • Conducts research and analyzes training reports and learning paths to continuously enhance training effectiveness, including maintaining and updating the Learning Path System data.

  • Performs internal scheduled and unscheduled training audits across all BCA training sites to maintain learning paths.

  • Conduct impact assessments; coordinate and schedule meetings, help facilitate sessions; and communicate key outcomes to management and stakeholders.

  • Adjust work hours on occasion to support scheduled shift requirements.

  • Works under general and/or minimal direction.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience with Project Management

  • 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Experience working in a cross functional environment and/or business unit team.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 3+ years of experience working in a compliance and training environment.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range for Mid-Level: $89,250-$120,750

Summary pay range for Senior Level:$108,800-$147,200
