Boeing’s Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) organization is looking for a proactive and results-driven First Line Leader to serve as a Business Relationship Manager for the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) business in Hazelwood, MO.

In this position, you will foster and maintain strong partnerships across GREF Centers of Expertise (COEs) to ensure smooth service delivery, align strategies with business goals and provide an exceptional customer experience at Boeing’s largest BDS location.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Customer experience: Champion a culture of excellent customer service across the St. Louis region and business locations, ensuring positive, productive engagements with internal stakeholders

  • Service delivery partnership: Partner with GREF COEs to standardize and coordinate service offerings while addressing the unique needs of a multi-business region

  • Stakeholder engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and business units—address concerns, resolve conflicts, and build trust

  • Strategic planning: Collaborate with regional and business leadership and COEs to develop and execute strategic plans that align GREF services with Business objectives

  • Business analysis & reporting: Monitor client environments and service metrics, identify opportunities and risks, and present actionable reports on service delivery, performance, and customer satisfaction to internal stakeholders

  • Performance management: Track and drive provider performance and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work with facilities, operations, project management, IT, security and other teams to deliver integrated solutions

  • Innovation & value creation: Identify and lead process or technology improvements that increase efficiency and client value

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and partnerships across functions

  • 5 + years of experience in leadership either formally or informally leading teams or in a cross-functional environment

  • 5+ years of experience in Real Estate, Facilities Operations and/or Facilities Management

  • 5+ years of experience managing metrics to drive data driven solutions/decisions

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • Certification in Business Relationship Management, facilities, or related disciplines

  • 5+ years of experience in facilities management, customer service, or business relationship management (preferably in a corporate or government environment)

  • Experience with client-facing, project management, or strategic planning

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range: $119,000 - $161,000
