The Boeing Global Services team is seeking an Experienced Support Integration Specialist to support the Government Training Systems for P8, F-15, T7, Apache, and/or other programs, based in Hazelwood, MO

These training systems are high-end flight simulators. Support Integration Specialist activities will include providing data development for flight simulators, maintenance simulators, and their subassemblies. As well as assisting in development of logistical support program plans and schedules. 

You will validate standard deliverables and support trade studies for the program(s).In addition, the Logistics Support Integration Specialist researches, documents and provides technical information for the program(s). Supports the establishment of processes to develop and maintain support products and engineering data. 

Position Responsibilities

  • Estimate, plan and execute the logistics work statement

  • Manages and monitors support engineering data development (provisioning)

  • Manage customer’s spare hardware requirements

  • Develop and maintain documentation per the Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs)

  • Assist with hardware obsolescence

  • Manage the Return of Repairable (ROR) process

  • Interface with internal and external customers

  • Develop operational procedures for spares management, inventory, ROR requirements, etc

  • Establishes support requirements and definitions, statement of work break-down, reports, master schedule, program implementation and integration plans

  • Coordinates and gathers data for estimates in support of proposal activities and research and development efforts

  • Develops processes and coordinates activities to ensure technical data and procedures are documented and current

  • Conducts presentations, status reviews, and monitors execution of support programs

  • Reviews program and engineering change proposals and assesses product support impact

  • Working and collaborating across teams

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience integrated logistics support

  • 5+ years of experience working in a team environment and communicating clearly with both internal and external customers

  • 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Excel data analysis to include pivot tables and charts

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills 

  • 10+ years of experience integrated logistics support

  • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Excel data analysis to include pivot tables and charts

  • 1+ Experience with proposal development

  • Experience in Project Management 

  • Experience working on provisioning (SLICwave) requirements 

  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP

  • Bachelor's Degree and 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.)

Summary pay range Experienced Level: $94,350 - $127,500
