The Boeing Company is seeking an Experienced/Senior F-15 Integrated Support Planning and Management Specialist in Hazelwood, Missouri. The position will support the F-15 Korea Sustainment Program within the International Government and Defense portfolio. This program will specifically support current and upcoming F-15K fleet modifications & avionics upgrades. The position aligns to the BGS Engineering capability and collaborates closely with Program Management in leading logistics integration activities.

The ideal candidate has a high level of experience in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), strong communication skills, and has the ability to work well independently, with little guidance working with a collaborative team. The candidate must be able to balance multiple projects and deadlines. The selected candidate will be customer-facing and in addition to executing BGS scope, must be capable of managing relationships with their external customers while also maintaining close coordination with BDS counterparts and internal customers to ensure a consistent one-Boeing approach.


Position Responsibilities:

The position will support the F-15 Korea Sustainment Program through cross-functional integration within the Boeing Global Services organization. The candidate’s primary responsibilities will include:

  • Establishes and communicates objectives and goals to ensure common direction and delivery of high-quality products and services on time

  • Strong proposal management experience related to current and future modifications and upgrades

  • The position will be responsible for supporting several meetings with Republic of Korea Air Force (ROKAF) customers on a recurring basis including potential late evening telecons

  • Develops and maintains strong DoD customer relationships with the United States Air Force

  • This candidate will ensure sustainment team and CDRL deliverables meet first time quality standards and are aligned to customer requirements

  • Develop, maintain and communicate project charters, ensuring their alignment to project and organizational goals and objectives

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of multi-disciplined experience in Integrated Logistics Support with an emphasis in project management. (ILS) (e.g. Technical Publications, Support Equipment, Training, Maintenance Planning, LSA, Retrofit, Provisioning, or Supply Chain)

  • 3+ years of experience developing and presenting recommendations to executive level management

  • Possess excellent communication skills allowing for cross functional interaction with the Customer, Program, supply chain, contracts, finance, engineering, and quality.

  • Highly motivated self-starter able to successfully complete fast-paced projects

  • Experience with foreign customers in a cross-cultural environment

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of higher education and/or related work experience. (Higher education includes college, university, technical school, licensing/certification programs, etc.)

  • F-15 Aircraft Avionics & Training Systems Experience

  • Earned Value Management Silver Medallion certification

  • Proposal, Contracts and Estimating experience a plus

  • Position requires strong knowledge and experience in military supply support environment including demand and inventory management of company-owned material, customer owned material and program/contract material

TRAVEL:

Position may require international travel up to 10% of the time.

Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range for Experienced Level: $87,550 - $118,450

Summary pay range for Senior Level: $107,950 - $146,050

Security Clearance

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
