  • Develop and maintain scripts, orchestration routines, and infrastructure as code patterns

  • Establish repeatable processes that improve reliability and accelerate delivery of infrastructure services

  • Implement and maintain compliance controls aligned with regulatory and organizational requirements

  • Develop, document, and test disaster recovery plans that meet defined RTO/RPO objectives

  • Continuously assess technical debt and drive remediation strategies

  • Ensure IAM related infrastructure meets security hardening and audit expectations

  • Serve as the primary technical lead for traditional infrastructure supporting IAM

  • Mentor team members and guide best practices across server platforms

  • Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and long-term corrective action planning

  • Collaborate with IAM, security, networking, and application teams to ensure cohesive service delivery

  • Infrastructure becomes more automated, resilient, and compliant

  • Disaster recovery plans are documented, tested, and aligned with RTO/RPO objectives

  • Technical debt is reduced and modernization efforts are clearly defined and executed

  • IAM services operate on a stable, secure, and well-maintained infrastructure foundation

  • Clear modernization roadmap and informed recommendations on cloud adoption

  • Strong alignment between IAM infrastructure and organizational security goals

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years’ experience working with technical infrastructure configurations such as servers, databases, networks, development environments, services and software

  • Experience in Operating Systems: Windows Server, RedHat Enterprise Linux, and Oracle Enterprise Linux

  • Experience with on-premises systems, including servers, virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), and basic data center management

  • Experience with scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash) to automate routine tasks, data flows between systems, and improve system reliability

  • Experience with networking, storage systems, and compute integrations

  • Experience leading technical initiatives and drive modernization efforts

  • Experience in automated provisioning and configuring of software-defined infrastructure and designing for continuous deployment and continuous operations
