The Boeing Company’s Global Compensation Organization is currently seeking a Mid-Level Compensation Specialist to join their team! This position can be based in any of the following Boeing sites: Hazelwood, MO; Berkeley, MO; Chicago, IL; Ridley Park, PA; North Charleston, SC; Seattle, WA or Renton, WA.

This position is a member of Boeing’s Salary Management team within the Global Compensation organization and will develop, maintain and administer compensation programs, systems and processes. Provides internal consulting services on pay and classification in individual, business and regulatory matters. Communicates with, educates and trains customers on compensation matters.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provides consultation on compensation strategy and design

  • Supports the design, development and implementation of our salary decision process and the annual compensation review process

  • Conducts various compensation analysis, modeling, and costing to support the global business as needed

  • Participates on cross functional project teams to drive business unit or companywide initiatives

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience with Human Resources and/or compensation

  • 3+ years of experience with compensation, incentive design and recognition programs

  • 3+ years of experience leveraging data analytics methods to solve complex problems

  • 1+ years of experience working with labor unions

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Possess one or more of the following certifications: World at Work, SHRM, PHR, or SPHR

  • 3+ years of experience with data analytics and reporting

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range: $85,000 - $123,050
