Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is hiring for a Mid-level Staff Analyst for Facilities Support to a Proprietary Program. This ideal candidate will work cross functionally with the program to build relationships and support the needs of our teammates. You will have the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of our growing landscape, the needs of our employees and provide data for management review. This position is located in St Louis, MO.

To be successful in the role, you should have a demonstrated ability to collaborate and integrate across functions, demonstrated project execution skills, and be a self-starter with initiative who has a deep passion for our employees.

Position Responsibilities:

·         Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements. Develops and deploys localized organizational information.

·         Executes plans for long-range facility strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives.

·         Provides data for management review and tracks execution of the plan to communicate status to all project participants.

·         Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources. Delivers informational or facility organizational materials.

·         Researches and evaluates facility issues and identifies options.

·         Provides logistics and facilitation of personnel seating and moves between buildings.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim U.S. Secret Pre Start and final U.S. Secret clearance Post Start is required.

Special Program Access Verbiage will be required post start

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Experience working closely with Facilities Operations, Purchase Orders, and/or classified work environment
  • Self-motivated problem-solver who is comfortable with dynamic, fast paced environments
  • Experience with project management and the ability to self-manage projects
  • 3+ years of experience in MS Office
  • 3+ years of experience synthesizing information and creating a report
  • 3+ years of experience communicating, collaborating, and building consensus with stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Active Secret Security Clearance or higher is preferred
  • Bachelors’ Degree or higher
  • 3+ years of experience working as a Facilities Project Management Specialist utilizing standard project management tools demonstrating requirements development, planning, and execution
  • Ability to apply systems thinking to understand inter-relationships of business decisions

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Travel:

Position may require travel up to 15% of the time.

Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary Pay Range: $78,200 - $105,800
