Boeing Global Services, Government (BGS-G) Strategic Sourcing Team is seeking a Procurement Analyst (Experienced) to join our dynamic team in Hazelwood, MO

This driven, analytical individual would be responsible for streamlining and improving current report offerings for strategic contracts building robust KPIs and working cross functionality to demonstrate the team’s impact to the BGS-G business portfolio.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Define, design, plan and deploy internal/external projects 

  • Develop processes and tools to measure key performance indicators 

  • Extract, analyze and prepare reports to measure key supplier and internal performance-to-plan 

  • Develop, document, and implement processes and systems in support of company goals 

  • Support the development and implementation of strategies 

  • Identify and implement improvements to streamline and automate process flows 

  • Clean, analyze, and aggregate large datasets into consumable reports for supplier management 

  • Assess and report compliance to internal/external stakeholders

  • Work cross functionally with IT, Supply Chain Planning, Program Management, and other functions to create reports and charts with key insights on performance 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience performing data analysis and/or reporting

  • 3+ years of experience working in supplier management

  • 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Tools, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelors’ degree or higher

  • 4+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 4+ years of analyzing datasets for government procurement

  • 1+ years of experience negotiating with suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services

  • 1+ years of experience executing contracts under FAR/DFAR regulations with suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services

Summary pay range: $76,800.00 – $103,800.00
