Boeing is seeking experienced Quality Engineers to join our BR&T Quality team. The successful candidates will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality standards in our research and technology initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that shape the future of aerospace technology.

Our team is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including mid-level, lead, and senior level engineers.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and manufacturing processes.

  • Perform audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of quality management systems.

  • Analyze data and metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Mentor and guide junior engineers in quality engineering practices and methodologies.

  • Prepare and present quality reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in quality engineering or a related discipline

  • Experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 7+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience with Excel macros for data analysis and automation

  • Proficiency in website and database development

  • Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL)

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
