Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is seeking a Senior Facilities Multi-Services Manager (Level M) to lead the Aerospace Composites Center Facilities team in Hazelwood, MO! The Aerospace Composites Center has state-of-the-art enabled capabilities and operates to support Boeing’s Fighter Programs. 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manages and integrates employee and mid-level management within the facilities occupation including facilities planning, analysis, project administration, property administration, facilities provisioning, engineering, construction and Plant & Equipment maintenance.
  • Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals, objectives.
  • Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, business partners and direct reports.
  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
  • Participates in equipment make/buy decisions.
  • Participates in source selection; provides technical oversight and integrates supplier activities.
  • Manages, develops and motivates employees and mid-level managers.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location. 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 10+ years of experience in a leadership role, leading teams or projects to successful completion
  • 10+ years of facilities project management or construction management experience
  • 10+ years of experience in teaching, coaching and developing others
  • 5+ years of experience in facilities operations or facilities management
  • 5+ years of experience developing and executing strategies to meet organization objectives
  • 5+ years of experience developing and implementing process improvement initiatives

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Experience using Maximo or other computerized maintenance software systems
  • Leadership capability to include experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency and experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.

Security Clearance and Export Control Requirements:

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. A final pre-start or post-start U.S. Secret clearance is required.

Shift:

Position will be for 1st shift

Travel:

Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $177,650 - $240,350 USD
