The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Senior Product Specialist to join the team inHazelwood, MO; Berkeley; MO; Saint Charles, MO; North Charleston, SC; Seattle, WA; Tukwila, WA; Kent, WA; Plano, TX; Mesa, AZ; Arlington, VA; El Segundo, CA; Huntington Beach, CA or Seal Beach, CA.

This individual will be coaching a network of product managers in defining and adopting product strategy within product management.

We are seeking a Product Coach to help elevate our product management capability and culture across Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT&S). This role is focused on enabling teams and leaders to build stronger product thinking, customer-centric decision-making, and outcome-driven ways of working.

This role is ideal for someone who is a practitioner and coach, a product leader with real-world experience who now thrives on developing others, scaling product mindsets across an organization, and creating the conditions for great product management to flourish.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Helps set direction on Product Management methodology for the organization

  • Supports overall design of the operating rhythm for Product Management across the organization (in alignment with industry best practices)

  • Helps shape and influence product deliverables for highly critical/large products

  • Evaluates performance across product teams and provides recommendations on opportunities for improvement to senior leadership

  • Acts as a key liaison translating senior leadership feedback into actionable steps to improve product methodology across the organization

  • Mentors Product Managers and Product Coaches on building high-performing teams

  • Supports product teams in engaging with leadership and stakeholders to communicate the product vision and ensure alignment across different levels of the organization

  • Provides input on product objectives and key results (OKRs) and their alignment with the organization's strategic goals

  • Demonstrates driving results across all aspects of product delivery, from research, prototyping, user acceptance testing (UAT), value proposition definition, and ongoing operations

  • Understands technology governance and management trends, methodologies, and surrounding vendor ecosystem

  • Understands domain-specific technology stack, with the technology fluency required to interface between business and technical domains at all levels in the organization

  • Demonstrates stakeholder management capabilities and leadership communication (e.g., roadshows, press releases, etc.)

  • Influences individuals at all levels of the organization

  • Mentors and coaches’ individuals to develop technical talent

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 10+ years of experience working in a professional career environment

  • Experience in Product Leadership, Product Operations, Product Management or Agile Project Management role

  • Experience in delivering capabilities that enable quick development and delivery of digital products

  • Experience leading projects and individuals in Product Lifecycle Management tasks

  • Experience influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and partnerships across functions

  • Experience delivering on business outcomes leveraging Objectives & Key Results (OKRs)

  • Experience with Agile work-tracking tools such as JIRA and/or Azure DevOps (ADO)

  • Experience intenerating business requirements and solutions across organizations

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • Experience in designing solutions using Artificial Intelligence (AI) in product management

  • Experience supporting a role as a product coach

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $151,300 – $218,500
