Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Project Management Specialist to support the Manufacturing Portfolio in Heath, Ohio.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with and assist Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and executing project needs, track and report progress

  • Supports the Project Manager in customer relationships building and stakeholder engagement

  • Assists in managing project documentation including creating and maintaining charts, reports, etc

  • Participates in maintaining, analyzing, and producing metrics related to plans

  • Follows up on roadblocks, problem areas, and bottlenecks impacting project areas, facilitates effective communication among stakeholders

  • Seeks feedback from team members to help come up with possible solutions, improvements, or roadblock removals, evaluate impacts of proposed solutions, implement solutions

  • Drives completion of project tasks and project assignments with minimal oversight

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher

  • Experience in program or project management

  • Experience using Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)

  • Ability to work both in a professional office environment and a manufacturing area

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to convey complex information clearly to audiences and cross functional teams

  • Professional, strong attention to detail, problem solving skills, with ability to identify issues and help coordinate/implement path forward with team

Work Location:

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Summary pay range: USD $68,850 – $93,150
