Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortungen:

  • Die Annahme, Prüfung und Buchung der eingehenden Ware nach internationalen Luftfahrtstandards.

  • Die Einlagerung der angenommene Ware und die Pflege der Lagerstätte.

  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung der Versanddokumente aus dem Warenwirtschaftssystem.

  • Die Dokumentation und Übergabe an den Transporteur.

  • Der Umgang mit Flurfahrzeugen wird erlernt, Schulungen werden absolviert und der Gabelstaplerschein wird erworben.

  • Der Einblick in unterschiedliche Abteilungen in Anlehnung an den Ausbildungsrahmenplan.

Basisqualifikationen:

  • Einen Schulabschluss auf Niveau der mittleren Reife oder höher.

Wünschenswerte Qualifikationen & Skills:

  • Mit dem MS-Office-Paket hast du bereits erste Berührungspunkte sammeln können.

  • Du hast Spaß daran, mit anzupacken und dem selbstständigen Arbeiten.

  • Eigeninitiative sowie Einsatz- und Lernbereitschaft sind für dich selbstverständlich.

  • Du kannst dich gut und effizient in neue Themenbereiche einarbeiten.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Acceptance, inspection and booking of incoming goods in accordance with international aviation standards.

  • Storage of accepted goods and maintenance of the storage facility.

  • Assistance with the preparation of shipping documents from the merchandise management system.

  • Documentation and handover to the carrier.

  • Training in the use of industrial trucks, completion of training courses and acquisition of a forklift license.

  • Insight into different departments in accordance with the training framework plan.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

  • A school leaving certificate at secondary level or higher.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • You have already gained some initial experience with the MS Office package.

  • You enjoy making an impact and working independently.

  • You are naturally proactive, committed and eager to learn.

  • You are able to familiarise yourself with new topics quickly and efficiently.

Work Authorization:

This requisition is for a locally hired position in Germany. Candidates must have current legal authorization to work immediately in Germany.
