Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortungen:

  • Im Einkauf, Vertrieb und Finanzabteilung lernst du die Luftfahrtbranche, sowie den Handel von Verbrauchsmaterialien für die Luftfahrtindustrie kennen.

  • Du unterstützt die Betreuung eines internationalen Kundenstamms vom Auftragseingang bis zur Zahlung

  • Mitwirkend bist du beteiligt an der Auftragsbearbeitung und -administration inklusive der regelmäßigen Terminüberwachung in täglicher Abstimmung mit der Materialwirtschaft und den Versandabteilungen

  • Du erlernst die Grundlage für effiziente Preisverhandlungen und erstellst Angebote

  • Du unterstützt Verhandlungen und Absprachen mit nationalen und internationalen Lieferanten

  • Du erhälst Einblick in alle relevnten Abteilungen in Anlehnung an den Ausbildungsrahmenplan

Basisqualifikationen:

  • Einen Schulabschluss auf Niveau der mittleren Reife oder höher.

  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Word und Schrift.

Wünschenswerte Qualifikationen & Skills:

  • Mit dem MS-Office-Paket hast du bereits erste Berührungspunkte sammeln können.

  • Du hast Spaß am täglichen Kundenkontakt und dem selbstständigen Arbeiten.

  • Eigeninitiative sowie Einsatz- und Lernbereitschaft sind für dich selbstverständlich.

  • Du kannst dich gut und effizient in neue Themenbereiche einarbeiten.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • In the purchasing, sales and finance departments, you will learn about the aviation industry and the trade in consumables for the aviation industry.

  • You will support the management of an international customer base from order receipt to payment.

  • You will be involved in order processing and administration, including regular deadline monitoring in daily coordination with the materials management and shipping departments.

  • You will learn the basics of efficient price negotiations and prepare quotations.

  • You will support negotiations and agreements with national and international suppliers.

  • You will gain insight into all relevant departments in accordance with the training framework plan.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

  • A school leaving certificate at secondary level or higher.

  • Good written and spoken English skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • You have already gained some initial experience with the MS Office package.

  • You enjoy daily customer contact and working independently.

  • You are naturally proactive, committed and eager to learn.

  • You are able to familiarise yourself with new topics quickly and efficiently.

Work Authorization:

This requisition is for a locally hired position in Germany. Candidates must have current legal authorization to work immediately in Germany.
