Boeing Global Services (BGS) Distribution Business is currently looking for a Associate Supply Planner (Level 2) to join their team in Hialeah, FL

The Supply Planner work includes standard supply chain management functions, data analysis, forecasting, supply and/or demand troubleshooting, and additional duties as assigned. This is a motivated team that works together to solve complicated supply chain problems and enable successful production. You will contribute as a team member alongside subject matter experts in the field of supply chain, inventory management and expedite to deliver solutions that help The Boeing Company deliver safe, better and more efficient airplanes and products.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Applies advanced data analysis methods (SQL, Power Query, Access) to optimize a massive distribution network exceeding 1 million SKUs.

  • Navigates Oracle Business Intelligence fluidly to maintain high data integrity, extract actionable insights, and streamline complex planning workflows.

  • Proactively identifies supply chain issues and opportunities, originating actions to improve processes and measure long-term business impact.

  • Manages min-max levels and inventory health across global forward stocking locations to ensure optimal product availability.

  • Maintains a "big picture" view of how localized inventory optimization decisions affect the broader aerospace supply chain network.

  • Acts as a self-starter who takes complete ownership of inventory metrics, system health, and strategic stocking decisions.

  • Applies rigorous change management and supply chain methodologies to arrive at optimal, cost-effective logistics solutions.

  • Coordinates cross-functionally with customer support, purchasing, quality, operations, and external suppliers.

  • Calculates and defines precise reorder points, economic order quantities, and safety stock levels using advanced analytics.

  • Manages critical part number planning attributes within core systems.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

  • 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Materials Management

  • 1+ years of experience supporting operations, materials management and/or supply chain functions

  • 1+ years of experience working with any industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications & Products)

  • 1+ years of experience scheduling and ordering inventory/supplies

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, and customer focus are critical to be successful in the role

  • Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Query, Power Point, etc.)

Export Control Requirements:

This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 2+ years of Supply Chain experience in Aerospace, Defense, Manufacturing, or similar industry

  • Experience working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

  • Experience in use or application of metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality performance

Pay & Benefits:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary Pay Range: $61,000 - $87,000
