Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is looking for an Associate Property Resource Analyst (Level 2) to join our team located in Huntsville, AL.

Are you ready to take on a vital role in managing our company's assets? We are seeking a dedicated Property Management Specialist to ensure compliance with contract provisions and enhance our property management processes. In this role, you will work closely with engineering and shop personnel, fostering collaboration to effectively manage property and support ongoing projects.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Acts as the point of contact for the Programs and Functional teams, on property related issues.
  • Assists with deployment of policies associated with program property management processes for company and government property.
  • Supports the movement of hardware on site, as well as shipping hardware to other locations, ensuring records are updated and documentation is accurate.
  • Acts as the Program Custodian assigning property items to end users, update locations in the property management accountable system.
  • Works to insure program adherence to current procedures and guidelines associated with the acquisition processes, property records, property movement, physical inventory, maintenance processes, property utilization and consumption and disposition and contract closeout for company or government property.
  • Reviews records for accuracy and help develop reports as needed.
  • Implements the maintenance requirements for tagged program property.
  • Supports the physical inventory and utilization reviews for the Programs, while coordinating and updating the Property Management team.
  • Supports both internal and external Property management audits.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location. 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in property management, logistics, or material management.
  • 1+ years’ experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to create and maintain presentations, lesson plans, schedules, and rosters.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience in an environment as it pertains to Government Property Management processes and control.
  • Experience in working with Government customers and / or DCMA Government Property Administrators
  • Previous experience with GOLD, Property Management system for tool classification, status, location, and accountability, or related system
  • Experience with CAPRS (Common Automated Procurement Request System)
  • Familiarity with U.S. Government Federal Acquisition Regulations

Summary pay range: $74,800 - $101,200 USD

Security Clearance
