The Boeing Global Services Huntsville Space and Missile Systems Integration team is seeking a dedicated professional to coordinate Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) activities for missile component depot maintenance in Huntsville, AL. This role is crucial in ensuring the timeliness and quality of sustainment program deliverables, particularly in executing product support elements of the PAC-3 Sustainment contract and its follow-on contracts.

Position Responsibilities

  • Lead planning activities for ILS initiatives related to missile component maintenance.

  • Conduct presentations and status reviews to communicate progress and challenges.

  • Monitor the execution of support programs to ensure alignment with project goals.

  • Develop and maintain schedules to track project timelines and deliverables.

  • Define program priorities and allocate resources effectively.

  • Assist in establishing test plans and validating support requirements for product re-certification and repair activities.

  • Oversee support system analysis, including spares and inventory management.

  • Manage asset tracking and factory support to optimize operational efficiency.

  • Coordinate provisioning, technical data, training, and maintenance/modifications.

  • Ensure the availability and readiness of support equipment and facilities.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher

  • 5+ years of inventory management experience 

  • 5+ years of operations experience 

  • Travel up to 10 percent of the time

  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel (data manipulation, charts, graphs)

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience presenting to executive or senior management

  • Experience with lean or continuous improvement activities or projects

Summary pay range: $87,550 - $118,450
