Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Staff Analyst to support the Patriot Advanced Capability-3 (PAC-3) program in Huntsville, AL.

Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate and Mid-level Staff Analyst.

The selected candidate will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating key program meetings, manage action items and meeting minutes, work with the program team to ensure dates and deadlines are communicated, manage data flow into the program’s classified network, and manage data flow for customer deliveries.  The selected candidate will work closely with the rest of the program management team to ensure there are no gaps in program operations, ultimately helping the program succeed by meeting contractual requirements and exceeding customer expectations.  

Position Responsibilities:

  • Collects and assembles data from multiple sources

  • Conducts research and assists with the evaluation of organizational issues

  • Supports leadership in the strategic intent and directional focus of large facilitated meetings and events

  • Summarizes and reviews documentation and develops informational or technical materials

  • Gathers customer requirements for projects

  • Develops and maintains the project schedule, monitors and tracks execution of the plan

  • Works with the team to plan and execute employee-related activities and initiatives

  • Plans and coordinates group-level facility requirements

  • Provides status reports

  • Maintains and tracks training requirements

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years’ experience developing and deploying organizational plans and strategies

  • 1+ years’ experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to develop and implement plans, schedules, or solutions

  • 1+ years’ experience working in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines

  • Proficiency and experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Level 3: 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • Experience working with executives and senior customers and officials and their administrative teams 

  • Effective communicator across multiple functions and management levels and customers

  • Familiarity in planning events in secure environments while adhering to security protocols

Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.

Work Location:

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range for Associate level (Level 2): USD $63,750 – $86,250

Summary Pay Range for Mid-level (Level 3): USD $78,200 – $105,800
