Reporting to the Vice President, Total Rewards, the Vice President of Global Compensation Strategy will have full responsibility for the Company's compensation strategy, plans, programs and activities. This will include leading the planning, design, implementation, communication and delivery of compensation programs. He/She will ensure that the Company's compensation programs are world class, forward-thinking, competitive and support the Company's business strategy by enhancing organizational capability and driving company performance, culture, and employee engagement.

The Vice President of Global Compensation Strategy will work across the Company to develop an understanding of global operations, business priorities, culture and values in order to represent and influence compensation requirements. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Ensure consistent principles, standards, tools and training for short-term compensation.
  • Help build effective communications strategy focused on compensation policies and programs considering the perspectives of all stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant US and international laws and regulations and deliver accurate and timely reporting processes.
  • Maintain strong external relationships, including compensation and benefits organizations.
  • He/She will be a thought leader in the function and will keep abreast of new trends and the competitive marketplace.
