The Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) organization is seeking a Test Program Integration to join our team in El Segundo, CA. 

Within the Test Program Management (TPM)/Test Program Integrator (TPI) function, this role will be engaged throughout the product test life cycle to ensure alignment of BT&E strategies, objectives and key performance metrics. This role will require strong collaboration skills and a clear vision on department/program goals. The TPI has oversight of test and execution performance to lead across multi-capabilities and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders. By looking across the program test plan, the TPI anticipates, and forecasts program resources and ensures all test requirements are met within scope, schedule and cost. TPI supports the TPM to perform the duties of the organization as defined by the TPM’s responsibilities and other program processes.

BT&E is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Experienced, Senior and Lead level Test Program Integrators.

Position Responsibilities Include:

  • Guide satellite test program work statement, commitments, and performance including scope, cost, schedules, implementation of the test and evaluation requirements and their design solutions during all phases of the test program and BT&E’s overall performance to plan
  • Provide program, business unit, and site leadership with test program performance, risks and opportunities, test program status, anomalies, and anomaly resolution go-forward plan
  • Consult with satellite programs to achieve long-term strategic execution goals
  • Provide a long-range outlook on the statement of work requirements and capability requirements for the teams within BT&E

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
  • Experience with the Test Engineering lifecycle: requirements, test design, test documentation/reporting and test execution

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Level 4: 5 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Level 5: 10 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.  

Summary pay range for experienced level: $102,000 – $138,000

Summary pay range for senior level: $121,550 – $164,450

Summary pay range for lead level: $145,350 – $196,650
