The BDS Vertical Lift organization is seeking an Entry - Level Product Data Management Specialist for the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) team in Mesa, AZ.

Note: This position is for Data Management (not to be confused with Data Science, Data Engineering, or Data Analytics).

Position Responsibilities:

  • Track, submit, and manage Contract Data Requirement List (CDRLs) and Supplier Data Requirement List (SDRLs) deliverables for multiple government contracts.

  • Tracks and reports data to monitor adherence to regulatory, data configuration and contractual requirements; conducts audits and reviews to ensure products meet requirements.

  • Develops, documents and implements plans and processes to ensure products meet technical, data, regulatory and company requirements and to maintain configuration control.

  • Develop, integrate, and implement engineering technical program plans including impacts, risks and incorporation of lessons learned spanning multiple engineering functions.

  • Data Accuracy & Detail: Strong attention to detail for managing complex product structures.

  • Facilitate, manage, and comply with Records and Information Management (RIM).

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.  

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)

  • 3+ experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications such as SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field degree

  • Experience working with customer deliverables

  • Experience leading projects to successful completion

  • Experience integrating and managing supplier or partner plans and schedules

  • Experience working successfully through complex and challenging situations

Typical Education:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 2 years' related work experience)

Relocation:

Typical Summary Pay Range: $59,500 - $80,500
