The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager to join the team in Mesa, AZ.

The selected candidate will support Mesa site operations and Vertical Lift programs being responsible for the development and maintenance of Occupational Safety and Industrial Hygiene programs.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manages and integrates employee activities, associated with the sites occupational safety, and industrial hygiene

  • Manages the planning and implementation of occupational health and safety and supports site environmental engineering programs/processes

  • Develops and executes integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, objectives

  • Acquires resources for the EHS department, provides oversight of suppliers and leads continuous improvement activities

  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and EHS teammates

  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, processes, and reports

  • Manages, develops and motivates employees

  • Manages and integrates employee activities across multiple EHS disciplines

  • Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS)

  • 3+ years of experience in leading teams in a formal and/or informal role

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelors’ degree or higher in a related discipline

Pay & Benefits:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $107,100 - $144,900
