Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced or Senior Manufacturing Operations Analyst (level 3 or 4) to support the Business/Fabrication Strategy team in Mesa, AZ.  

Our team is driving Fabrication Centers to Excellence through onboarding of new statement work and managing work movement, both permanent and emergent.

As a Front Door Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing the seamless integration of new work into Fabrication Operations. This position offers the opportunity to tackle complex challenges, lead cross-functional projects, and influence operational excellence. Success in this role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple disciplines.

Position Responsibilities (Experienced - Level 3):

  • Tracking and monitoring the Fabrication Front door requests
  • Working with functional support teams to identify and break constraints as requests work through the process of capability and feasibility assessments
  • Work with the estimating and contracts teams to ensure proposals are properly assessed and reviewed with Operations and support teams
  • Maintain and report on New Business Funds
  • Drive continuous improvement to process for onboarding new statements of work. Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or a Manufacturing environment
  • 3+ years of experience interfacing and presenting senior and/or executive leadership
  • 3+ years of experience performing data analysis and/or reporting
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects, transitions or initiatives

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Level 3: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
  • Level 4: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Experience with performance measurement analytics and tools
  • Experience implementing strategies and plans under general direction

Summary pay range:

Experienced (level 3) $90,950 – $123,050

Senior (level 4): $111,350 - $150,650
