The Boeing Company’s Global Real Estate, Planning and Strategy (GREPS) is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join their core team as a Facilities Analyst (Senior or Lead) supporting performance to plan tracking, financial analysis, and report in one of the following locations:

  • Arizona: Mesa
  • South Carolina: North Charleston
  • Washington: Everett
  • Pennsylvania: Ridley Park
  • Missouri: Hazelwood or Berkely

 The ideal candidate will possess strong finance skills, a deep understanding of real estate, and the ability to foster a collaborative team environment globally.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Executes strategic analysis of real estate financials, including real estate transactions, construction, operating expense
  • Models the impact of spending on Boeing’s rate structure
  • Supports customer audits, as needed
  • Prepares and presents executive level reports with options and recommendations that may have regional, site or enterprise-wide impact with significant implications
  • Ensures that configuration control with change management is maintained for data, processes, equipment, and documents
  • Contributes to development of budget and long-range business plans
  • Partners with the GREPS, Finance and Enterprise Services data teams to ensure accuracy of financial data
  • Uses Anaplan, develops and refines data models necessary for real estate financial reporting

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience partnering and working with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
  • 5+ years of experience with business cases and financial modeling
  • 5+ years of experience developing and analyzing Financial Forecasts
  • 5+ years of experience using professional written and verbal communication skills to achieve deliverables
  • Experience using advanced data visualization software, such as Tableau and Microsoft PowerBI 

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 

  • 10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 10+ years of experience partnering and working with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
  • 10+ years of experience with financial modeling
  • 3+ years of experience using professional written and verbal communication skills supporting Executive–level communications
  • 3+ years of experience with Tableau/PowerBI
  • Experience with Anaplan

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range for Senior (Level 4): $126,650 – $171,350

Summary Pay Range for Lead (Level 5): $156,400 – $211,600

For AZ; SC; MO

Summary Pay Range for Senior (Level 4): $118,150 – $159,850

Summary Pay Range for Lead (Level 5): $146,200 – $197,800
