Boeing is seeking a Senior Facilities Business Relationship Manager to join our Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) Integration team in Mesa, Arizona.

This role is part of the Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) organization and serves as the primary liaison between Enterprise Services and the business organizations at the Mesa site, which supports the Vertical Lift business within the BDS division. While the position is primarily based in Mesa, it will include collaboration with the Philadelphia site and may extend to other affiliated regional locations, requiring up to 25% domestic travel.

As a strategic partner to business leadership, the Senior Business Relationship Manager (BRM) will align facilities initiatives and services with business priorities and operational goals. The BRM will represent GREF in coordinating site-level facilities operations, supporting business-driven projects, and driving alignment between business objectives and Enterprise Services capabilities. This role requires strong business acumen, collaborative leadership, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable facilities strategies.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the GREF organization and business partners across supported sites

  • Communicate facilities strategies, initiatives, and operational activities to business leaders

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of business priorities (e.g., production goals, financial targets, new business pursuits) and identify potential facilities impacts.

  • Partner with business leaders to gather requirements for studies, projects, and facilities support initiatives

  • Collaborate with Centers of Expertise (COEs) to develop, review, and implement facility solutions aligned with business needs

  • Participate in the annual budget development process by identifying, prioritizing, and communicating business requirements to GREF leadership

  • Coordinate and integrate services across four GREF Centers of Expertise:

    • PACE

    • Global Real Estate, Planning, and Strategy (GREPS)

    • Facilities Management (FM)

    • Technology & Systems Implementation

  • Facilitate strategic and operational planning between the business, GREF leadership, and COE partners

  • Support continuous improvement efforts and contribute to future workforce and facilities strategy development

  • Build strong partnerships across matrixed teams and demonstrate ownership in resolving challenges and ensuring service alignment

  • Forge relationships with business leaders and partners for best value / best of Boeing solutions for business teams

  • Participate in business capture teams to identify real property requirements and to help identify solutions

  • Identify, develop, and implement Lean strategies to simplify service delivery and service experience for our business partners

  • Drive and influence change; demonstrate leading through influence

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in a business-related role

  • 5+ years of experience in teaching, coaching and developing others

  • Experience developing and managing budgets

  • 25% travel

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • Experience working in an industry Business Relationship Manager function

  • Leadership of a process council or highly matrixed organization where leading through influence is required

  • Experience in day-to-day management of suppliers or supplier contracts

  • Experience managing metrics

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range: $134,300 - $181,700

Security Clearance
