Boeing Global Services, Consumables & Expendables (C&E) Distribution Business is looking for a Financial Support Specialist/Cash Applications(Level B) to join our team in Miami, FL

Position Responsibilities:

  • Participate in team efforts to achieve company and department goals.

  • Ability to research money on account.

  • Accurately post incoming ACH/Wire/EFT, checks and credit card payments to customer accounts.

  • Perform daily bank reconciliation.

  • Balance daily cash receipts and ensure accuracy of general ledger accounts.

  • Accurately reconcile bank receipts to daily cash posting.

  • Identify accurate customer account for payment posting.

  • Exercise signature authority and document financial transactions.

  • Monitors, reconciles and ensures transactions are in compliance of contractual commitments and identify contractual and financial risks

  • Ensures compliance with business commitments, company policies, laws and regulations.

  • Prioritize a wide range of complex issues and opportunities.

  • Provides technical and operational guidance to peers, BDSI programs, business units and management.

  • Able to analyze and evaluate issues

  • Must be able to exercise independent judgment and solve problems quickly

  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills and ability to prioritize on a daily basis

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 2 to 4 years of related work experience

  • 2+ years of experience with the Microsoft Excel application using: formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

  • Must have experience working with cross functional teams and high transactional volume

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field

  • Working knowledge of accounting theory

  • SAP S/4HANA ERP system

Summary pay range: $35,000 - $50,000. Nonexempt/hourly position
