Boeing Global Services, Consumables & Expendables (C&E) Distribution Business is looking for an Associate Contract Pricing Analyst (Level 2) for our Miami, FL facility

The Contracts Pricing Analyst contributes in the collection and analysis of information to support sales and marketing objectives, business opportunities and risks, market trends and drivers, constraints and company goals to develop sales initiatives and market analyses. Assist in development and evaluation of scenarios to shape airplane market strategies or forecasts. Assists in development of internal/external communication for aviation market needs. Contributes to analysis of production scenarios based on an evaluation of the market and customers for new business. Supports analysis of market and selling trends to provide insight on aviation market and products for internal and external audiences. Supports the assessment of the effects of marketplace forces on the company's business posture and strategic implications. Utilizes complex, broad analytical models.

The selected candidate will be required to work 100% onsite at above mentioned locations.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide recommendations of line item pricing (from five to tens of thousands of items with value ranging from $50,000 - $500M Annually) and recommend changes with Product Gross Margin (PGM) based on review of product mix, inventory impact and sales recommendations.

  • Select pricing strategies that balance market conditions and sales expectations. Create baseline profitability models for executive review and consideration while aligning with sales leadership and representatives on goals, objectives and pricing proposal impact.

  • Communicate bid strategies to sales, create tailored customer responses in all design and appropriate formatting, and prepare final pricing proposals within the timeframe given by the customer.

  • Participate in kick off meetings with sales representatives, sales leaders and other functional areas Set timelines and deadlines based on outcome of kick off meeting.

  • Coordinate project management across multiple functions such as Supply Chain, legal, Quality, etc.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

  •  2-4 years of related work experience

  • Advanced Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel skills, SQL or Tableau

  • Ability to manipulate large amounts of computer data

  • Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities

  • Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

  • Education: Bachelor’s Business Administration, or related field of study

  • Experience in working with ERP system SAP

  • Basic project management skills

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range: $56,000 – $80,000
