The Boeing Company in North Charleston, SC is seeking an Associate, Mid-Level or Senior Tooling Integration Analyst-1 to join our Tooling Engineering Team.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing complex project estimates and schedules
  • Providing program visibility to management and customers
  • Coordinating work off-loading and confer with subcontractors to ensure timely delivery
  • Resolve schedule, product deviations and manufacturing requirements at the program level, analyze impacts and monitors workarounds.
  • Create and manage comprehensive multi-tiered project schedules for significant organization, enterprise and business unit projects
  • Directs and manages very complex project schedules
  • Coordinates the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project and team, finance, planning, scheduling and management
  • Monitors program costs and processes financial documents and reports Resolves discrepancies
  • Act as site subject matter expert for technical content. Leads and oversees assignment of work packages
  • Analyze and coordinate resolution of errors in tooling business and product configuration systems-Works under minimal direction.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent combination of education (e.g. Associate's Degree) and experience
  • 2+ years working in Equipment or Tool Engineering
  • 2+ years of experience communicating with teammates, internal customers, suppliers, and leadership
  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years working in Equipment or Tool Engineering
  • Experience in Boeing Software/systems used for procuring and maintaining Boeing tools (e.g., Ariba, ETVS)
  • Project management software familiarization and/or use preferred.
