Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Associate or Mid-Level Staff Analyst to join the Industrial Engineering Team based out of North Charleston, South Carolina.

This position will require someone that thrives in a very dynamic/fast-paced environment. The selected candidate will fulfill a dynamic range of responsibilities that are expected to change and evolve often. The ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment is paramount to being a successful Staff Analyst with The Boeing Company.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develops plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives.
  • Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan.
  • Provides strategic content, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events for executive leadership briefings.
  • Manages meeting agendas, keeps minutes, records action items and follow ups
  • Reviews and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies implementation recommendation.
  • Collaborates with subject matter experts to deploy broad organizational training.
  • Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

  • 2+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data.
  • 2+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications.
  • 2+ years of experience facilitating meetings and presenting to senior leaders

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 5+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data.
  • 5+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications.
  • 5+ years of experience facilitating meetings and presenting to executive leaders

Pay Range Summary:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.  

Associate Level: $62,050 - $83,950

Mid-Level: $73,950 - $100,050
