Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking aBusiness Process Analystto join the Team in Final Assembly to support the 787 Program in North Charleston, South Carolina.

Position Responsibilities:


• Assist with activities across multiple functions to resolve emergent issues supporting specific operations
• Conduct assessments of processes and practices against applicable standards and criteria
• Provide limited feedback on assessment results
• Support the organization in implementing strategies and plans
• Partner with 787 Manufacturing Safety Team members as needed
• Facilitate compliance-related BPSMs and RSPSs for assigned areas
• Facilitate assessments using the PASA system
• Understand relevant policies, processes, procedures, BPS criteria, and expectations
• Compile and report compliance assessments using EPES and program standard processes
• Support Focal meetings through facilitation or attendance
• Support emergent compliance projects as requested by leadership
• Analyze and interpret data; provide feedback on assessment results
• Work with organizations to develop strategies, plans, and metrics using Lean methodologies or other tools
• Support the 787 Program 5S plan, including attending as a Non-Advocate at least once annually
• Maintain Sweep process and relevant files
• Maintain team Standard Work Document

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of working with Manufacturing Operations and/ or Tooling processes

  • 3+ years of experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives

  • 3+ years of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Excellent communication skills, the ability to adapt to changing environments and work statements.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • • 3+ years of experience with Supply Chain Management Analysis or Materials Management Analysis

  • 3+ years of experience creating and developing strategy plans 

  • 3+ years of experience leading or managing projects, teams, and vendors in a factory/manufacturing environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range:

Level 3 $88,400 - $119,600

Level 4: $102,850 - $139,150​
