The Boeing Company is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Mid-Level Information Technology Project Management Specialist to join the team in North Charleston, SC; Chicago, IL; El Segundo, CA; Seattle, WA; Everett, WA; Jacksonville FL; Ridley Park, PA; Renton, WA; San Antonio, TX; Berkeley, MO; or Hazelwood, MO.

The Boeing Company is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and analytical Project Manager to join our Subsidiary Cybersecurity Risk Management and Data Strategy Team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in developing and managing Information Technology (IT) project plans and deliverables, ensuring alignment with risk management objectives and adherence to quality standards.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans and deliverables that support subsidiary risk management initiatives

  • Monitor project progress to ensure deliverables meet established quality and risk management criteria

  • Identify resource requirements and coordinate the acquisition of necessary support to facilitate successful project execution

  • Establish and implement effective communication strategies to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle

  • Proactively identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize impact

  • Analyze and synthesize data to provide clear insights and guide projects toward successful completion

  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence within project teams

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience with project management and the ability to self-manage projects

  • Experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives

  • Experience utilizing project management tools and methods

  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline

  • Experience with organization, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Experience driving innovation and cultivate a collaborative team environment

  • Experience working in situations with ambiguity and evolving priorities

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $98,600 - $142,600
