Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Business Process Analyst (Mid-Level or Senior) to drive new digital capabilities and improve data

efficiency in support of the 787 Program in North Charleston, SC.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the development and maintenance of business process analysis to provide site-wide improvements.

  • Collaborate with Manufacturing Operations to create and maintain data dashboards and provide innovative tools that support decision-making.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to establish strategic business processes that optimize efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Facilitate application development and ensure alignment with data management standards.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Leads and directs the development and maintenance of the business process architecture for process improvement strategies and initiatives.

  • Develops and maintains processes to improve efficiency and cost through the use of process methods, tools and modeling, process standards and guidelines, metric consultation and data analysis.

  • Works with managers to scope, plan and establish business process direction and strategies.

  • Facilitates the development of business case and risk analysis of process investment, returns, affordability and resource requirements.

  • Provides guidance and implements data and information management standards; consolidates and simplifies process documents.

  • Acts as liaison between customers and information technology organization to communicate and resolve issues related to computing system requirements.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience with writing SQL queries and/or SQL server management.

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience with Tableau and/or Power BI.

  • Minimum 2+ years with process automation, application development, and code deployment

  • Working knowledge of ERP Systems (ERPLN/ERPMART).

  • Working knowledge of Boeing Common Data Warehouse (CDW) and/or Teradata.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Working Knowledge of Supply Chain and/or Industrial Engineering work statement.

  • Working Knowledge of Visual Basic.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Access.

  • Working knowledge of GCODE, its deployment on CNC machinery, and application within a manufacturing environment.

  • 3 or more years’ experience in a Manufacturing environment.

  • 3 or more years’ experience working with multi-functional teams/organizations.

Summary Pay Range:

Mid-Level (Level 3): 89,250-120,750

Senior-Level (Level 4):112,200-151,800
